Ben Hirsch oversees all global marketing activities across both the B2C and B2B divisions of IDT. Since 2010, he has been responsible for brand strategy, advertising, customer analytics, CRM, events, design and user experience as well as all customer communications.

He is a passionate advocate of ensuring that strategy comes first, followed by brand building, proposition development and integrated messaging across offline and online channels. Hirsch has been instrumental in evolving and growing IDT’s businesses from global carriers, foreign-born immigrants or international resellers.
